Brand New to Corporate Rentals Need Advice!

Hey all,

I'm getting set to get our first corporate rental out there and had some questions for anyone who might know the space.

-where do you advertise? Airbnb, Craigslist, etc.

-do you have partnerships with local companies? Hospitals, businesses, etc. and if so how did you establish those?

-do you give a set amount for utilities for the tenant and if they’ve over that they cover the rest? If so, how’d you pick that amount? Trial and error?

-besides cooking utensils, what else do you provide in the kitchen? Salt/pepper? Anything else?-any other tips for someone’s first corporate rental?
