Just wondering if anyone has ever used Legal zoom to start a business/LLC or for trade-marking a logo???

There is no record of a patent application or even a trademark application in the United States under either of these names, but they show an application for a Polish patent number: P.421831.

HVA HomeVestors of America They own the trademark of "we buy ugly houses"...I do believe....The corp office is in Dallas, but they are franchised.

And I have no idea how they can allow you to trademark such a logo.

For example, Trademark in Raleigh is the same way (sadly, I have direct experience there too...).
