What irritated me was that nobody would spend the time to speak to me after I had clearly done my part to prove I was legitimate.

haha i like both pro-CA and anti-CA from CA and non CA realtors.thing is both of their argument are correct LOLCA is toxic-failure wasteland but real estate appreciating  lot , in fact it's the hottest toxic market in the world.

If that doesn't cover the principal balance plus all accrued interest, exit fees, yield maintenance, prepayment penalties, default interest, advances made for unpaid property taxes and insurance (even forced placed insurance), advances on senior loans, foreclosure costs/fees, toxic waste cleanup, costs of resale, the list goes on and on...the lender can sue each and every one of you for the entire unpaid amount.The way this would likely play out, should the lender elect to enforce the personal guarantee, is they would file suit naming each partner as a defendant. 

Neighbors can be your greatest asset and your biggest source of irritation.

My main concerns about Florida include: Chinese Drywall (very toxic; found in older homes); HOA Restrictions; Lots of people/crowds; sinkholes (properties sinking into the ground); Red tide (dead fish found on beaches due to algae bloom); Homeowners Insurance costs (w/older roofs); Mold; Hurricanes/Flooding , New construction (not always built to quality)... these are the most common issues found in the Florida market.What zip codes would you recommend for a single family investment property under 300k to mitigate these concerns? 

So many celebrities are leaving that the news talks about it quite regularly, and many of them cite increased crime, toxic policies, homelessness, a desire for their children to have better communities, etc.
