How did you manage your timeline for different touch points?

I self manage my portfolio in Phoenix with minimal touch points. 

A touchpoint that is consistent.

The funnel he set up was primo with multiple tailored touchpoints at each step of the way to a conversion.

Long term rental is the least amount of touchpoint but it won't make as much as mid term rental.

The remaining properties have been funded entirely by leveraging a low maintenance account of one of the members which allows the member to borrow against their market assets and then those funds are loaned from their personal LLC to our real estate LLC.I think I have provided more than enough information but if there are more touch points that are needed, please ask and I will provide.Thanks for your input and thoughts in advance.Justin

The daily trash service and the HOA handling all lawn and landscape and irrigation means less painful touchpoints along the way and there is also less possible neglect from other owners that would negatively effect my property and my guests experiences .

Which means you need to have regular touch points and QC checks at your residence.

Then you will have some real world touch points to help assess things you see online.
