My son (age 24) however, is an independant contractor / self employed and is trying to buy a house. 

My point is I'm not interested in having a second job.Currently doing analysis on identifying top zip codes for the facility based on criteria like age distribution, median income, education levels, % of home ownership.

In 2016 they moved to a one story home due to aging and ended up renting their initial home.

Average age is significantly higher, and there is less to do downtown.

I'm not sure if the program is still going on, but has definitely revitalized a lot of the area when it was once destined to follow the way of other older cities that are aging out of existence both in terms of people and property. 

We need to move away from dependence on China for both political and also capacity reasons as their population ages. 

I'm an independent agent here in AR and I write a lot of rental property, with ~6 preferred markets and if the properties have some issues, age, claim history etc.

I have a certain ratio per100 headcount (not households, not age, not sex) I use when decidingto buy or build in a town.
