Hi Makani,Conventional lenders tend to be stricter about requiring proof of income.

They tend to build out not up in CC from what I’ve seen.

People tend to waste a lot when everythings included, so this helps to avoid that problem.There are also companies out there that can install a meter in lieu of doing a full submeter to ascertain how much usage the unit is using monthly.

I tend to over research, which is one of the reasons I love notes.  

If it is a high end housing product you may have to use a designer because they have access to some material/finish suppliers that are otherwise unavailable but that tends to only be for the highest end housing deliveries.

These companies selling products tend to drain agents dry at these conventions selling every do dad that is supposed to give them an edge over everybody else.

When smaller PM companies don't have the resources, manpower, and processes in place...they tend to let things like this fall through the crack.  

On the other hand, tenants tend to cause damages when moving these appliances in/out, so having them in place may be safer.I recommend you look at what others are doing in your community and price point.

However, most tend to get very watered down with sales pitches etc.
