I tend to be partial to REIA events, which have chapters in most larger cities/markets.

Marketing strategies that work are used consistently for an extended period of time, target 15,000 + people for each marketing event, contain offers that are relevant to the target audience, and take advantage of technology before it’s overused.

Make sure it's desirable and that there are no upcoming events that would make it less so.If it's a family-style house (3+ beds), make sure that the local schools are very good.Work with a local Realtor to answer a lot of these questions.
