Here is what he says:"" i got permission to use the restroom , but after restroom i went to my locker to get a sip of my Gatorade as my sugar lever and blood pressure usually drops when under exam pressure.Apparently its against the rules to go to the locker during restroom allowance.This rule apparently was mentioned when u login to the exam and i accepted the rules to be able to start the test.

If you are wanting some use that allows the public in, you'll need parking, maybe lighting, fencing, restrooms, ADA compliance, storm water retention and who knows what else depending on what you want to do on the property as well as consent of neighbors.

All we need to do is some simple things (caulk around the fixtures in restroom, cleaning windows, capping gas lines into rooms, installing garbage disposal, etc) for it to truly be move-in ready and a good representation of our product we offer to our residents.I've read books on how to market and fill properties but what I'm really most concerned about is the learning curve my husband and I have about the legalities of landlording.I'm a Lifestyles Unlimited member so I have access to some documents that landlords use but I've got some questions about applicants and how to handle them legally.We have our list of criteria below.

I find it encouraging that the court, while discussing several earlier cases, did mention being movable as a favorable factor to TP, seemingly leaving the door open.Finally, most important to me, the IRS ATG on Cost Seg for restaurants explicitly permits cabinets and counters as 5-yr property, except in the restrooms - apparently a fallout from Morrison.
