I consider dress rehearsal to do bigger and bigger deals as time goes on.

Actors in a play will usually have a dress rehearsal before opening night, practice!

Formulate a definite plan, have faith in yourself and your ability to achieve what you want, feel and see yourself doing it (visual motor rehearsal), then take action! 

Problem now is the tenant and lawyer have rehearsed a story that will maximize the claim payout probably well beyond what the tenant should be entitled to.

Some of the material is not rehearsed and seems like an after thought to just add in to the program.

I slammed them out in the first few weeks, then could spend the rest of my semester focusing on practice and rehearsals.

What I realize is that there is no such thing as a rehearsal to life.

Next time, map out the dealflow, including:1) Map out the process and order of docs2) Create documents that bind your seller upfront (called bullet-proofing)3) Practice using your docs and create samples to refer to for future use4) Rehearse your responses to issues seller/attorney may bring upIf you want to close more deals, you need better systems and a higher level of control.

I have been involved with several reality shows ABC, Fox, WB and I can assure you they are staged, produced and rehearsed.
