We don't really do snow, rarely ever freezes, don't do tornadoes or earth quakes etc.

I live in Japan now and although there was a serious earth quake and tsunami this year, real estate in Tokyo is still profitable in income gain.

It's definitely a great problem to have, but one that's nonetheless wrought with long-term implications.  

This facility consists of a paved lot with 80 concrete block storage units and a 160x200 open gravel lot (about 100 spaces) for autos, boats and RVs. 10’ tall concrete block walls surround the 5 acre premises with wrought iron around the front.

The Columbus day storm came and went in 1962 and the Tillamook Burn was 55 years ago.. last tremblor  was in mid 90s and 5 point something. but there could certainly be another earth quake..

I am in earth quake country.

ADA CERTIFIED, first thing on any commercial property and ask around could be certified but still a quake very few are good in this area4-Expecially if commercial again- but also usefull sfh  thermal imaging camera, .oisture meter, and underground sonar water leack detection ew   we are talking a ten k investment but some to cheap to pay for, same to you you get what you pay for.
