I've been in each unit within the last week so we can rule out the portable washing machine.After hunting season (insert "you might be a redneck" joke here), I'll move one of my trail cameras into the laundry if the problem persists.  

I'm eager and willing to become as valuable as I can even if it means being an assistant to a seasoned investor or working for a brokerage for a while.

Here's the BIG difference that I see between new investors and seasoned one's:  action. 

I know it is still down season, so listings are thin (especially for MF which is our preferred route), but it is starting to discourage me; like we've already missed the train of cheap debt and rapid appreciation/inflation that so many others took advantage of in recent years.Are my expectations set too high for my target area? 

Several years ago when the low flow toilets came out, some just didn't work well at all.

However, on my back burner is a direct booking site and I'm leaning toward OwnerRez (once I get through Ski Season).

Thankfully we are commercial bank clients so our rates are as low as you can get in the market place for anyone who is not Lennar or DR horton or those types.

Seasoned real estate investors are generally best suited to make this call.
