In strong rental markets with job growth and population increases, Buy & Hold remains a solid wealth-building strategy, especially if you lock in good financing and optimize cash flow.

If they give you detailed blueprints, you should be able to sub out the job and give your crews clear direction.

Now the job is almost done and management company is asking me for work compensation and insurance say I have un-authorized job done.  

It’s absurd to pay someone who fails at thier job to correct thier problem.

I have been investing for years; stocks, options, bitcoin, real estate, and private lending and now I am getting out of all of it because my job is proving to have an infinitely higher return on time and it no longer makes financial sense to dump money into rentals.
