I have had the most success with Zillow.Very easy to use and you can refine your tenant screening even further by including a “Tenant Pre-Screening Questionnaire” google document hyperlink in your lead responses.

David, do you have the PDF of this research article you hyperlink in three different places?

If I right click on the page I only get a hyperlink to the website not the actual report. 

The exclusions are outlined on the policy, which is hyperlinked in your monthly invoice.

I don't need anything filling in stuff like that on BP, I get enough of that kind of crap on sites that try to sell you the stuff that they are hyperlinking, NO THANKS.

Joe,I was in agreement with that idea until I listened to, BP Podcast 028: Note Investing and Raising Private Money with Dave Van Horn (if I were a little smarter, I would have hyperlinked this?)

My excel spreadsheet had a lot of hyperlinks to other Microsoft files (including email) so I wanted something that could handle that.

Also if Joshua Dorkin doesn't link properly, that could be a bug fix too (hyperlink pops up, just not sure if it actually is active or not.

In trying to create a hyperlink in my first Marketplace post, I placed a URL (beginning with www. and ending with .com) between the open url and close url tags: [ url ] www.domainname.com [ /url ] (except without the spaces, because if I don't include the spaces here, the tags don't show up in the post).But this turned out not to work.
