Well, I know. I agree that's what Rob K was saying. And I'm not normally patient at all. But I was trying to do penance for being nasty yesterday to someone else.

Yesterday someone called and said he wanted to talk to me about a loan in Western Massachesetts. I replied that we don't lend in Western Massachusetts. He replied "Now lets not talk about what you can't do for me, let's talk about what you can do for me." I hung up on him, because I was not feeling very tolerant. So I'm trying to make up for it by helping someone else and not be so rude.
