Best way to find renters??

I appreciate any input you’ll have ! My ultimate goal is to get rentals in more southern locations such as Florida, NC, GA. Any advice would be helpful as well, thanks !

@Moises R Cosme thank you Moises! I might just end up doing that. I’m trying to set my business up with a hands off approach and focus only on getting new properties. I might post on a website but you’re right, it is nice they will do the work for you.
