- Scrape social media for hashtags like: "justmoved" or "newinthecity" or whatever people post when they move.- Scrape social media for people having marital problems or loss in the family.

These people are big bullies on small businesses they also now own the hashtag and will spend all day just bullying accounts on social media.

Some people create an "Instagram wall" in their STR so people can take photos and then post them on social media along with a hashtag curated to the property. 

Nobody starts a hashtag to attack the milk industry or threatens to kill dairy farmers and take everything they own.

Van Life and Minimalist hashtags are some of the most heavily followed as people are either sharing their lives living as such, or following people who live this way through their shares across their platforms.

Go to instagram and look for accounts posting with #mobilehomeinvesting as a hashtag.
