When I graduated I decided to pursue a career in becoming a real estate agent!

Some background on me - I went to college with a degree I thought I was gonna use, thought I wanted to apply to PT school, but soon after I graduated I had a massive change of heart and decided that I no longer wanted to pursue that route anymore because I felt my future was so much brighter than to be stuck working day and night in that kind of profession.

With big benefit potential of possibly retaining "Graduated" persons who are now highly trained, proficient employees. 

Finesse that problem by getting graduate students.

I have dual graduate degrees in both economics and finance.  

We do get people coming through for ETSU and Milligan graduations, temporary stays for the VA, and some tourism in the summer and fall but you're not going to stay heavily booked. 

I'm an engineering student planning to start a business after graduation.

I am a soon to graduate 22 year old student athlete/Husband/Father.

once you graduate would your income go up?

A lot of universities have students that need mid term housing due to graduation dates, mini semester programs, etc. and I've found if you approach them and offer them a solution to this problem, they are willing to work with you and help send business your way.
