Im considering buying the building instead of leasing and possibly doing a franchise.

They seem to have this down pretty well with a "less than 1% eviction needed" claim.It looks like RW is a decent franchise.

My guys/gals dont buy from the bigger we buy houses franchises I have never seen one of those come through.As stated its a sales and marketing job full stop.. very tough very time consuming and capital intensive if your going to do some volume..

Most of those cupcake shops are out of business, including several franchises.

With LLC we pay the $800 CA franchise fee every year, correct?
