This remodel included all new plumbing, a complete bathroom gut, all new flooring, exposing the brick fireplace, all new appliances, paint inside and out, etc.

It also states no fuel-operated space heaters and that fireplace is never to be used as a heat source.

You may need to flip the pantry, island and doorway to work with the fire place wall and play with dimensions, but you get the idea. 

The front living room area smells like fireplace HORRIBLY, and the house is so dirty it is tough to live in.
