See below:Survey (8-10 weeks) Request Permit Prints from Design Team (4-6 weeks) Site Plan and Septic Design from Design Engineers. (6-8 weeks) Need survey back to start designs as this is site specific Energy Docs (1-2 weeks) Need plans from Design Team to make request.

I do all of this remotely, so I use the above process to filter out 90% of the properties and then send the other 10% to my local team for verification.

So basically, get an attorney to put my contracts together as the first step, reviewing them with a title agency as the second step, putting the other team members together as the third step, and starting the search for borrowers as the fourth?
