So, while there may be discussions of RE, the volunteers may point folks in the direction of RE, my gut tells me that's the excuse to market the affiliate programs of marketing an "education" not so much providing a good education.

I really prefer that less people knew about FR or better yet FR had an affiliate program so at least I could earn while increasing my competition.....

I’m courious about this company as it appears they have a really great looking website and affiliate program.. as we know a great looking website is easy to do now adays..

People and companies pay referral fees all the time they call them Affiliate programs/Referral Fees.  

Before you can become a part of the company you have to pay $125 for the affiliate program.

In addition, invest into affiliate programs that would benefit your current email list and take advantage of Deed Sales in Delaware County since your in that State.

The education is good and fairly comprehensive, but they spend waaayyyy too much time trying to "encourage" you to join their affiliate program for $125 a year plus another $99 per month.
