As far as its value, I'd agree with @Ian McDonald that it is something you could build yourself with the right amount of excel expertise and plenty of time.

After 30+ years investing it is to enjoy the hard work.

It allows potential tenants the flexibility to explore a property at their own pace while still having the expertise and guidance of a realtor at their disposal.That said, I’m curious about your thoughts on this approach.

And, if you are going to buy someone's time and expertise to train you, DO THE WORK.
