Reading through tips, stories and listening to BP podcast have been very energizing, and I'm now ready to get my feet wet with a first investment.A bit of background on myself: I'm an engineer by training, and have worked in consulting over the past 7 years.

Then run a couple lines of electric cattle wire across the outside bottom using insulators made for chain link fence, signage, and an energizer.

If people get energized about it, we'll re-explore.

Take it somewhere else to energize and grow.Do not be mastered by the money, it is neither good or bad.

In the 1800 house where wire very different (knob and tube wire), you might have bare exposed wires going inside the attic or inside walls from insulators to insulators, very old connections, etc. what if you have cardboard or a animal on top of this wires and you energize them, puff there goes your investments.

I have been a landlord for more than 3 years and when I started to watch and listen to Brandon, it motivated me to buy 3 more properties this year, and I am still going like the rabbit hitting the drum with the Energizer battery!
