Images should be clean, evenly lit with all verticals being straight.  

Keep the doors locked, the property well lit and don't leave any valuables exposed.

If those are scheduled only one day apart you'd better have a fire lit under the selling title co because they're going to have to close and record the sale and still beat the fed wiring deadline to get the proceeds to one or more purchase title companies.

Keep your common areas well lit, especially the laundry rooms if you have them.Reduce any security issues. 

Its payed for (with our savings) and we are still waiting to have the remodel completed and to get lit eased, the estimate for the lease given to us was $700 to $850.
