Most all laundry vendors will record a memorandum of lease and not the lease as it contains too much information for public digestion. 

See what you can digest, your lender will appreciate that.Prefer to have a business to put into the location.

Bigger pockets is certainly a good resource to get started with. between podcasts and forums, plenty of information to digest but remember the best way to learn is to  conservatively buy the first property.

Day two was also capped off with happy hour and was a great chance to take a collective sigh of relief and to digest and discuss all of the great information we just spent two days taking in.
