This place has terrible customer service.

It's now been 7 years since our fire and cookie-cutter neighborhoods are about 90% rebuilt, custom home neighborhoods are about 75% rebuilt, and luxury homes about 50% rebuilt. 

(We're from California as well) Everything has been extremely smooth so far and their staff has been excellent with their customer service. 

Again, I’m not sure if these guys do this to everyone or if their customer service ability as partners is just terrible.

I've heard nothing but complaints from customers AND their franchise agents reegarding the quality of their 800-number service center.
