AH  hybrid not exactly a tenant but not a squatter in the sense they they broke in and claimed residency.. there is a lot of this in foreclosure stuff.. where folks in CA buy at court house and the home has squatters in it.. they know going in its going to cost them some money to get them out. your probably aware of the new law in FLA and I think GA.. that just was signed into law giving the cops the right to come out and arrest them on the spot if they deem they are there illegally..

This resulted in a brief arrest.

The policy is aware and willing to place the guy under arrest every time that he breaks or tries to break in.

Most wannabe squatters are just treated like trespassers and are arrested. 

We have created an rental operating agreement for the partners within the LLC.Do we need to consult with the Lawyer or legal team to finalize the operating agreement, so that when in need that document will act as a legal document towards our LLC for the members. yes I would consult with an attorney to make sure you have everything in there, for example what if someone files personal bankruptcy, dies wants to be bought out, arrested for fraud...

Just yesterday I read an article about a NY landlord who was arrested for changing the locks of HER PROPERTY, where squatters were present.

New York, for example, just arrested a woman for changing the locks on a squatter in the $1 million home she inherited.
