Is there any clause in the landlord/tenant's law that protects landlord from tenants of that calibre - in the form of compensation?

In Maryland, I highly recommend Susan Kleinhammer and the firm of LEADTEC for this service, they use the xray gun to measure lead levels in the property.The courts recognize the xray gun findings, just make sure the gun has been serviced and calibrated by a service professional.

My BS filter is now more calibrated for what is and is not a realistic timeline for new construction.

A home inspector is typically going to use A testing device that is regularly calibrated and in many cases inspectors will use a Second test of a different type at the same time as a crosscheck or law of averages.

Anything I now do is calibrated against effort and passivity.

Continual re-calibration of your 2 year outlook in whatever market you're in will allow you to bob and weave through the market movements.

if you're taking action you're on the right track. if you get the desired results then you're hitting the bull's eye. test, calibrate, repeat until you hit the mark.once you get the money hire a developer to build you a small application that will do it for you.
