In Maryland, I highly recommend Susan Kleinhammer and the firm of LEADTEC for this service, they use the xray gun to measure lead levels in the property.The courts recognize the xray gun findings, just make sure the gun has been serviced and calibrated by a service professional.

There was a day way back when where cash was king and references were gold.Landlords now only accept tenants with near perfect scores despite terrible rental histories, banks check credit scores to determine if you are worthy enough to give them your money, car insurances calibrate their rates against your score despite a superb driving record, hell employers now check to see how you are with the paychecks they give you!

if you're taking action you're on the right track. if you get the desired results then you're hitting the bull's eye. test, calibrate, repeat until you hit the mark.once you get the money hire a developer to build you a small application that will do it for you.
