If you use different sources it will be difficult to calibrate the different scores, but think of it as a percentage of the max available score.This particular score seems to be based on an applicant's credit history, including payment history, credit utilization, and credit availability.

It is exactly 1542 sq ft.I told him he needs to have his thinker re-calibrated and yes, I would be happy to adjust the rent up for the additional square feet he has.If he wants to renew in 6 months, I will charge him extra for those 42 feet I missed.

If you're providing an "up-scale" environment and hope to attract more guests of this calibre (I do; they don't quibble about higher nightly rates and rarely cause problems) then I recommend white duvet covers and wash them after each guest.

Mitsubishi told not to touch the outside unit unless its really wrong else the calibration will go wrong and have to spend lot of time to tuen up. so the tuneup people only come to clean the filter and go. you need to maintain and show records to get warranty from the manuf.
