Can Ashante's boyfriend stay the night?

We do this occasionally when a single woman wants to move her boyfriend/girlfriend in, but maintain sole financial responsibility.

I'd love to hear an update when you get further.I had one a while back on a Tri-Plex where a disgruntled boyfriend decided he would get back at his girlfriend by setting the building on fire!!!!! 

Also, make sure the boyfriend knows that both tenants names are on the lease, and he will have an eviction on his record as well if you're forced to evict her.

I had some experiences where the sec 8 tenant was a single mother but her "boyfriend" lived there 11.5 months of the year.

I helped a lady purchase her first home, and every house we saw that needed some work she would respond, "Mike can fix that" (her boyfriend).

Also in this text I learned that the boyfriend had been in jail the last two weeks and just got released. 

Another younger friend of mine and her boyfriend bought a fixer upper to live in 30310 as well...younger professionals. 

The tenants downstairs from them dont raise a stink as the boyfriend doesnt have his green card so they're not going to anything to rock the boat.
