I definitely recommend reading as much as you can in multiple genres/categories (especially leadership and personal growth...Extreme Ownership by Jocko Willink was insanely impactful for me), and you'll be amazed at what gems you're able to pick up from even non-finance/non-real estate investing books. 

They are 2 different genres but connected.  

The 25’ x 12’ loft on the second floor, adjacent to the balcony, is currently set up as a reading area, but would also be a great space to relax and sit back as you listen to your favorite music genre or test your competitiveness in your personal game room!

Have two of each genre picked out and saved for when the time comes.  

It doesn't matter the genre/subject matter. 

I’ve had some experience in this genre as I had a property I did a live, rent then flip.
