Nervous & Optimistic
Hey all,
I’m new to this forum. I’ve had some experience in this genre as I had a property I did a live, rent then flip. I’ve been an entrepreneur since 2012 and I’m ready to pivot to real estate.
I actually was thrust into renovating two mid size commercial buildings(20,000 sq ft)on my own, project managing the whole thing with little commercial knowledge. I didn’t get paid for any of it and did pretty much almost all of it! From plans to CO!
I thought, if I could do all that on my own, I can def do SFH & MF, etc. and actually get paid a lot to do this! And, I enjoyed it(well not dealing with the permitting process-I didn't enjoy that! Lol)
So hello, and I’m so ready to learn even more and build generational wealth!
