In the physical arrangement as an I-Beam, the aluminum is far more efficiently used but not as stiff with its bending modulus at 22 to 25 in^4.

Stay cool I see its 110 in your area and was shocked to see Bend at 112 its 100 here in PDX which is very high.. and of course about 40% of the homes here have no AC.. so miserable for them.

Definitely a focus area from lenders, conventional or otherwise - theres been a reported uptick in occupancy fraud or funny business lately as rates and values have continued to be so high and qualifying so tough - people are more likely to bend the rules on stuff like this - so this is generally the lender response
