Happy to help with a little more detail.Ideally the property would be fully turnkey, but if its a good deal and the property needs a little work meaning a visual touch up like painting, decorating, or basic woodwork like some shelves; I have somebody to help me with that.

Paint over ugly hardwood floors with Rustoleum, let them provide throw rugs, if scratched, touch up is easy.

The properties I help manage are all listed after the home has had a deep clean, touch up paints or repaints (no scuffs or marks on the walls), carpet cleaning (making sure there is not any dirt or stains), pressure washed, and has all hardware throughout the home property secured and functioning.
