I wish I were single which would give me much more flexibility, I have a toddler but school district is not an issue at this point.

Even as a classical singer and was practicing everyday and wanting to be an opera singer, I never pushed myself the way I am now......and I certainly didn't have a toddler and 8 month old in tow as an excuse!

I could have easily gone with particle board melamine, and all mdf doors, but the plywood will be more durable, and less prone to moisture problems, and the hardwood doors will handle wear and tear of my toddler as well.I also am an engineer for a cabinet shop so I can design, program, and cut my on cabinets on a cnc, so I'm a little biased and have a few more choices than most. 

I've been listening to the podcasts and reading whatever I can, and they have been invaluable to me.I am lucky enough to have a decent chunk of capital that my parents had saved for me since I was a toddler for graduate school.

It’s almost like toddlers.

So that’s kind of the personal portfolio growth, we also have a toddler now, which has made things WAY more complicated, but also fun.

We were wondering if we could get some advice on how to handle this because we are still very much real estate toddlers trying to learn to walk. 

We have more issues with toddlers then we do dogs.
