I do try to enlighten my soldiers with information but everyone has their own goals for their military careers. 

In SA I have a very tight connection at the military installation housing and one of my potential plans is just to somewhat cater to covering STR needs for transitioning Soldiers, this should keep me in a decent standing profitting and goal is to save up for either a MF or a home or two there for rentals.

Things stopped soldiers from the most is cash, you're only able to use VA to purchase every 12 months.

In most scenarios, military towns are cashflow markets therefore, it's easy to charge a bit more for rent (depending on the Soldiers BAH) and build reserves that mitigate the risk of high turnover.  

A soldier would greatly appreciate it!!
