Incredibly rough edit, and I didn’t take the time to photoshop in flower baskets, but I think only having shutters on the left looks fine.

However I know a handful of people (including my self) who can also photoshop bank statements, w2's, and other "Reports" to sway a decision.It really does pay to do due diligence.

You should be consistent.I also find it odd to charge tenants for anything related to termites, but then again none of us have read your lease so perhaps there's some really unusual clause in there that allows you to do that.The best evidence in cases like this is usually before and after photos.  Hopefully

GIMP and Irfanview are two free tools that supply some of the PhotoShop functionality...

Might even pick up some retail buyers.My favorite quick photo fix program (besides photoshop) is a free image viewer from http://faststone.org that allows for easy cropping, resizing and brightening up dark photos.

I don't want to buy programs like Photo Shop as I don't want to spend a week learning how to use it.

You can modify it yourself if you have photoshop or just email it to a local print shop to make changes for you.
