Hi @Kevin Kim, your post did not mention if you asked the powers that be (lol) if you could keep the one pole, and simply have them install a separate meter for each building.On multi-family property, we have installed multi-meter boxes with external disconnects as per the electrical code in PA.  

All of the data they provide is not filtered or verified and therefore mostly inaccurate or disconnected contact info.

Over 50% of the numbers were disconnected and of the remaining 50%, at least half or more were definitely the wrong person.

Any breaker panel that doesn't have a main disconnect should also be considered obsolete,   irrespective of if it is "big" enough or not.   

Too much.I finally somehow just learned to disconnect emotionally.

All that happens is a demand that you press 1 if you speak english, if you don't a loud noise will eventually go off after many repeated demands to press 1, then it will disconnect. 

I see a lot of problems coming from our culture in which children live their lives completely disconnected from their parents/grandparents economic and professional lives.

So, I'll for sure adjust how I communicate in future to avoid that disconnect. 

Absent these type of relationships, I've seen to many projects get delay or fully stall out as the disconnected subs end up causing delays or the need to redo work that got done by a different sub. 

@Jesse Kerr the disconnect, in our opinion, is doing everything yourself and keeping it in your head VERSUS a good PMC having to document everything and communicate it effectively to all parties.As the owner, you can make immediate decisions, saving LOTS of time!
