Also get something with at least a 12 mil wearlayer AND a scratch resistant AO or ceramic finish over the wear layer.Hope this helps

I put a AO Smith 50 gal gas water heater in my own house (attic), but I couldn't have done that on my rentals as the cities require a licensed plumber to pull the permit unless you're the homeowner/resident.

So like most people will probably say majority of your calls from a AO list will be landlords either on purpose or by mistake but they will likely be landlords.
