I tried really nice black towels in the bathrooms since towels stain so easily and frankly, I really liked the look of them against the white aesthetic but several guests complained that they couldn't tell if the towels were "clean".  

Some of the tips on this thread will make for an absolutely hideous property, aesthetically.

I understand for cost and aesthetic reasons railings may have been skipped.

I have a clear goal tenant in mind, and pay close attention to the trends and lifestyle amenities that'll help us get to the top of the market from finish aesthetics to secure bike storage. 

-Install a New Mailbox: Replace your old, worn-out mailbox with a new, stylish one that matches your home's aesthetic.

Spruce it up with landscaping, a fresh coat of paint on the front door, or improved mailbox aesthetics.

If there is not a lot of activity in the area then the Zestimate will be way off.One thing to keep in mind is that Zestimate also doesn't factor in "aesthetics" nor does it factor in "ammenities". 

Also check on prefab cabins, very similar set up and can be very aesthetically pleasing.BTW it was live oak landing in freeport fl that had the little park model homes  

@Marco Y.When choosing inexpensive kitchen cabinets for your rental property, prioritize durability, ease of maintenance, and a neutral aesthetic that will appeal to a wide range of tenants.Like @Bruce Woodruff said, I would stay away from IKEA and RTA.Consider open shelving to cut costs. 

If you were to partner with a great handyman/handywoman to give you the aesthetic finish and attract newer MH owners your way, I think this is an awesome strategy to build your own park.
