Not the lead guys but the dirt bags that work for them...the helpers.. hawking stuff while at the house while they are working and then coming back at night and breaking in and stealing stuff..

If you are able to supply the new boxes and breakers and just pay for labor, $100/hour 8-12 hours(journeyman plus helper).

She is not seeing you on equal grounds as a fellow investor she is seeing you are a lower level helper she really does not need.

Look at videos and get a helper.
