I say clueless as a kind gesture, because I would hate to think they were just straight up evil people..  

It is quite common for their to be a dispute over the validity of the contract termination leading to one parties unwillingness to sign the EDM release.

While each person has their own perceptions of a rough part of town, in my experiences, I do avoid them.  

I'm a big fan of mixed-use.

However, they are full of legal jargon most landlords/tenants can't understand and they miss a lot of things an experienced landlord would recommend.If you have a landlord association, join them and start with their product.
