Why is your tenant paying you by credit card? 

They look at your credit profile and get you business lines of credit and credit cards.

If your entity has several years of operating history and good and reliable financials, you may be able to find something. 

I have done it with some contractors taking Paypal where you can use a credit card on that site with a fee, or QuickBooks is another one too.

I have some news for you, FHA does NOT require a 1 year work history!

For context I am a full time lender and understand DTI and have very good credit. 

So for example, a 761 credit score will be in the 760-779 credit category, then going down to 740-759 and so on.2.

@Donald Hatter We send the information to a collection agency who attempts to recover the money; after they make several attempts they place it on their credit report.
