Meriden and New britain can be faster?

This article only gives 3 examples (Germany 4.5%, 1.3% in Britain, and 2.5% in Australia).

Currently looking in New Britain and having difficulty finding properties.

If I am going to be speculative then why not invest in something a little more speculative and fun such as horse race betting, Vegas, in Austin chicken s*** bingo at The Little Longhorn Saloon, political betting if in Britain, etc.

If I remember correctly, it was in New Britain, near the Farmington Town line.

@Eric S. new britain. that is your answer. i invest there. i spent my whole life in CT besides the last few years. i know the area well. i own a few multi-family properties there currently. i went CCSU in new britain and lived in the town for 10 years. its an incredible source of cash flow and, in my opinion, the current mayor is doing all the right things. i actually see growth happening in that town, compared to the rest of CT that is struggling. happy to help in any way i can. just let me know!

Any good opportunities for properties around Naugatuck, new Britain or Waterbury area?

I like both towns, especially compared to say- New Britain.

Nothing uniquely American about that; it's existed since the dawn of private property rights in both our mother lands of Great Britain.
