Marshall Pickett is an experienced broker in Wilmington, NC with Ivester Jackson Coastal & Christie’s International Real Estate. Marshall grew up in Wilmington NC and 45 holes at The Country Club of Landfall were his golfing paradise. Marshall and his wife love Landfall. They enjoy spending time with their dog Dudley and boating with their in-laws on the Intracoastal Waterway. In addition, they enjoy hanging out with friends and enjoying all the amenities the coastal lifestyle offers. Here is a general synopsis of what I have been able to accomplish, how I have grown, and what's next: In the last several years I have taken a significant interest in real estate! I became a licensed broker roughly four years ago. My first full calendar year and I was able to achieve almost 10MM in sales and 57 transactions! My largest deal was a 103 unit apartment complex in Ft Wayne. I have also diversified into property management and was able to grow our property management 109% in the one year of which they now currently manage almost 1000 doors here in NE Indiana. I am excited to continue to grow my realtor and personal investing business over the next several years with a goal to add more agents on my team. In the process of all of this we were able to grow our personal rental portfolio to 43 doors! Currently our portfolio NETS roughly 15k per month. My fiancé and I sold a very nice home to move into a triplex and do something called house hacking where you live in one side and rent out the others(so in essence we were living for free!) We have also value-added several multifamily properties to massively increase NOI and appraised value. Multifamily and high-end single family rentals are my current specialty with a future focus in Large Apartment buildings and Commercial.
