2-3 WEEK WAITLIST FOR IN PERSON SHOWINGS. Must have a minimum budget of $250,000. Licensed in TN and GA. Karen Wanamarta is a realtor and investor who calls Tennessee home. Karen owns her own single and multifamily rental portfolio in TN and FL and is actively growing her Airbnb portfolio in the Smokies and Chattanooga. She is an active member of the Tennessee Real Estate Investors Association (REIA) and has connections with local and national wholesalers for off market deals. Born in New York and raised in Indonesia, Karen has lived in Miami, New York, Singapore, Granada, Dublin, and now Tennessee. After graduating from Brown University, she spent 5 years working at a hedge fund in New York before realizing her passion for real estate. Karen brings her expertise in numbers and investing to the table when working with clients and can speak firsthand to the unique challenges that come with investing in an ever changing market. She loves working with first time and VA homebuyers and also specializes in out of state and international clients (80% of her clients live outside of TN). In her free time, Karen enjoys going on hikes with her rescue dog, road trips to national parks, and a good book with an old fashioned.

We HIGHLY recommend Karen! She was incredible to work with from start to finish. Very communicative and knowledgeable about the local market we were in. Karen was able to get our home under contract quickly and the icing on the cake was bringing a cash buyer to the table with an extremely quick close. I have nothing but great things to say about my experience with Karen!

Karen was such a joy to work with!!!! From her ability to evaluate properties, her knowledge of local realest and the rental market, to her incredible taste and eye for detail to help map out what needs to be renovated, SHE INSPIRES CONFIDENCE!!!! She does it all with a patient, fun style that makes the process enjoyable and less intimidating. She patiently fielded my questions and helped me process and evaluate properties. Karen was exceptional from the beginning with my home buying experience. I was looking for an investment property and she did everything she could to make sure that the property would work for my requirements. After the closing process, Karen still helped me with everything I needed to get my property rented in the Nashville area. as an out of state investor i have to place an enormous amount of trust in my agent. and after working several other agents in tennessee (and other states) karen has certainly been someone i can truly depend on. shes made the acquisition process easy, has helped me trouble-shoot issues that have come up, and has been wonderfully communicative. shes been outstanding and i honestly don't want the secret to get out because shes been so fantastic but she absolutely deserves the praise.
