Mike was amazing! Highly recommended, I am a licensed SC realtor and used mike to help me find the perfect investment property for me. He understood the ins and outs of the property and my goals, and found me the right one. He sent me recommended lenders and property managers, inspectors, and knew all the people who I needed to talk to at the HOA and current property management. I can't recommend him enough, having that local knowledge was Key to a successful transaction and a very easy closing!

Mike is truly a rare find in the real estate world. He's a real professional and well-versed in what he does. He goes above and beyond as an agent. He's very knowledgeable in all things real estate. He helped us with our first investment property in Myrtle Beach. We were treated like VIPs from start to finish. He guided us and talked us through so many steps in purchasing the rental. He's very detail-oriented and pays attention to our wants/needs, and best of all he's very prompt in all of our communication with him. Outside of his professional life, he's kind, patient, courteous, and just all-around a really nice guy. For sure, he's worth more than 5 stars on Google. We would not hesitate to share him with others looking to buy/rent in Myrtle Beach. Thank you, Mike, truly from the bottom of my heart. You're the best!

We were worried about buying a home as we had not gone through such a process in 37 years. Mike was extremely helpful and patient with getting us through the process. He explained everything to us (sometimes several times) and addressed all our questions and concerns. Whenever we had a question, he replied in a timely manner. Living far away limited the time we had to visit potential homes. Mike was able to provide us with insights into the communities we were considering moving to which allowed us to focus the search. When we returning to our home state, Mike noticed that a seller had just reduced their asking price. Mike called us immediately and after a couple of calls resulted in us buying the retirement home we were looking for. We have recommended him to our friends considering making the move.

Mike was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process of buying my home. He was not only knowledgeable with the current state of the housing market but also the investment property market. He listened to my intention and tailored my buying experience exactly to what I wanted out of this transaction. He had all the best recommendations with the team built to make it happen; he helped me assemble the Realestate avengers to put together a fantastic deal. Here I am 3 months after closing and I had to come back and write a review because everything went, and has continued to go flawlessly with this home. I highly recommend Mike; his word is golden with any advice or referrals he gives.

We are from Connecticut and built our dream home in Myrtle Beach. Mike had been recommended by a close friend. Mike exceeded our expectations throughout the entire process and was incredibly detail oriented with every stage of building our new home. He was a great advocate, advisor and helped with every aspect of our build from choosing our property site, helping us at the design center, recommending insurance companies and showing up at every single meeting that we could not attend making sure we were part of the entire process through FaceTime. We felt like we were constantly “ahead of the game” every step of the way which was entirely due to Mike’s thoroughness and dedication. We always knew Mike had us covered. We cannot imagine a better experience and cannot wait to refer other people to our new friend and neighbor Mike! They don't call him "Myrtle Mike" for nothing!! My family and I were looking to invest in a beach house, in Myrtle Beach. We found Mike through Bigger Pockets. He has been great to work with, from start to finish. Mike is very knowledgeable of the area and the real estate market. He understood our investment goals and did a great job helping us to achieve them. He was able to answer all our questions in a timely manner. Not only is he a great realtor, he gave awesome recommendations on things for our family to do while in Myrtle Beach!! We definitely plan to work with Mike on future real estate investments.
