If the deal presents the opportunity for a great ROI, perfect! If not, keep looking! Less emotional, more practical decision process. ➞ When my investors make money, they are happy. They typically buy more houses. My goal is to build a mutually beneficial long-term relationship. I do not just "turn and burn" deals for a quick commission. Integrity is crucial. ➞ Regardless of the current economic situation, there is always a play to invest in real estate. Whether you are looking for a fix and flip to take advantage of a fast equity market or you are scooping distress property from buyers with tax liens or foreclosure threats. Knowing when to pivot strategies and adjust your numbers comes with experience, education and market knowledge. In 2016, I started working with investors in the Atlanta market hunting deals, running numbers, negotiating creative acquisitions, meeting contractors, managing projects, determining ARV's & ROI's!!
