As an investor in the Milwaukee market myself I have curated a solid network of lenders, property managers, contractors and other important resources to maximize my clients opportunity for success before, during and long after their transactions close. We are foreign investors that were looking for a rental to buy and hold, reached James and he was happy to assist us on this. we needed someone that can help us since we are buying on remote, James service is amazing, he is very responsive and made sure we feel comfortable in the process.

Our company, OS Investment team LLC, has worked with James on a number of deals in the past year. From our experience he is an energetic, cooperative, thorough and user-friendly agent. We did most of the work remotely, overseas and it worked great due to the fact that James is reliable and works around the clock.
We had the privilege of meeting him in person several months ago and he is also a charming and interesting person in his own right. We have recommended him to our colleagues and they too are using his services with great satisfaction.

James Konvalinka is truly exceptional. We met him through bigger pockets as one of the agents focused on investment properties. He’s always available to talk or do home tours with detailed video. He’s never pushy and he has a wealth of knowledge and contacts that have been greatly useful to us. He has made the process of buying our first property seemless and pain free, we feel we are ready for another sooner rather than later. James K is simply the BEST!!!!

James was our agent last year when we purchased our house and he was phenomenal! There was a stretch of weeks that I talked with him daily it felt like, with how crazy the market was (or still is). Every time I found a listing I was interested in, he was setting up immediate showing and doing everything he could to get us that house. He also found properties for us that we didn’t even see. It took us 5 offers to get our house and several tours, but James helped us keep our heads up keep pushing even when it was very discouraging. Amazing guy and amazing agent. 11/10 would recommend.
