Jenni and Brody made the move in process smooth as silk with no hiccups on their end! They were super patient and not pushy at all. Once moved into my new place I had some trouble with the oven and Ryan at RES got me taken care of same day with no hassle! Great company ran by great people with the tenants in mind!

I had a water leak recently and it led to mold behind the wall. RES was so quick to respond to the situation, and they sent out a vendor right away to address it. The entire process took less than 2 days and the vendor they sent out was really professional and went the extra mile to make sure none of my things were damaged. Definitely recommend.

To all RES teams, Katelyn, Jenni, Elli, and Nick, Thank you very much for your hard work. This is by far the most efficient leasing companies I have ever worked with. Your communication, punctuality, and reliability is above and beyond. Moving is stressful but you all made it easy. The fact that I was able to get approve within 24 hours after touring speaks high volume of your hard work and commitment to provide ease to your customers. Very excited to have a home manage by RES.

I have had RES managing my properties for over 4 years now and I honestly could not be happier. They are always on top of it with communication between myself and the tenants. They have great contractors who deal with any work that needs to be done at the properties and they are always professional! I have had 2-3 people now use them with their rental properties and they are so happy they have RES to manage! Highly recommend!

Previously self-managed my rentals, but with all the changes to the law I started looking for property management. RES rents came highly recommended and after working with them for about a year now, I can see why. Greg knows his stuff and the rest of the staff have been wonderful to work with. I wish I'd made the change sooner.

Disappointing Experience with Residential Property Management Services (RES) - Denver, CO We recently decided to terminate our contract with Residential Property Management Services (RES) for our rental property, and unfortunately, the transition process was far from smooth. RES completely dropped the ball when it came to transitioning the property back into our management. I had to follow up with them multiple times just to get things moving. The real frustration came after the transition was completed on 9/11. I was informed by the tenant that they would be vacating the property on 9/30—a notice they had already given RES over a month ago. Shockingly, RES never communicated this critical information to me when they received it in early August. This caused unnecessary stress, as we now have only two weeks to prepare the property, when RES knew six weeks in advance. The irony is that RES requires a 30-day notice to terminate the owner/management contract, yet they couldn’t extend the same courtesy by notifying us of the tenant’s lease termination. This lack of communication and professionalism has been incredibly frustrating, and I cannot recommend their services based on our experience.

My family and I would like to thank RES (Real Estate Solutions) for an absolutely wonderful 2 year rental in Fort Collins! If you are looking for a professional, polite and fair real estate agency to rent from or take care of your rental I would not hesitate to recommend this company! Whenever there was a problem they were right on top of things and they respond to your texts SO quickly! Being able to text a company and get a very swift reply is so great! They have everything set up for the ease of the renter and the ease of the rentee ! We would love to rent with them again if a house became available in the Fort Collins area! Thank you so much everyone at RES and I want to give a special shout out to Brody and Ryan! You could not ask for two more polite, efficient people to deal with! The Best to all of you and hopefully we will rent from you guys again! Val, Gary and Bolan! Edit to my first review! My family and I would like to personally thank Ryan for getting us our deposit in full a month early! He did not have to go out of his way to help but he did! A completely fair and great rental company! If anyone gives them a bad review they are simply not doing things that RES very clearly asks them to do! Edit: they actually edited their response, which is better. Good for them for an attempt at being more professional. None of my photos are cherry picked. They’re just what i took before I left. It is what it is, but they’re never going to admit fault even when i take photos of the place 😅 ——————————————————————- I mostly had an ok experience as a tenant. They didn’t renew my lease and didn’t give me a reason as to why, forcing me to find a new place, which falls under legal guidelines i guess, but a reason would’ve been nice. The one star is because their communication is absolutely horrid when it comes to security deposits. No communication. At all. The security deposit got to me 60 days later and the fees didn’t really make any sense to me. They charged me 375 bucks for not cleaning the microwave and for leaving a few things behind for the new tenant. I’m pretty sure it was clean and as far as the items, I don't know, I thought they were cute and maybe the next tenant could use them. I didn’t think it was a big deal, since i had done it before when moving from houses, but apparently you shouldn’t leave anything when it comes to houses owned by these guys. They claim the garage door was cracked behind the door handle. Not only did i never use the garage for cars, but also, i don’t remember ever seeing a crack. Probably because i never used it. If it’s cracked, im guessing it was from something not having to do with me. Fishy stuff. The only thing they said to me was they were missing the garage door opener. Definitely a mistake on my part, which i returned the next week after i moved… to only be charged for that same garage door opener… Just stay away if you actually want communication and want your security deposit back promptly. Absolute scam at the end of the day and not really worth it if you ask me. They’re going to try and nickel and dime you. Not a great experience. I attached photos to show how I left the place. You be the judge. I lost nearly 600 dollars from things that don’t make any sense to me, but it is what it is.
